After paying the booking fee you will receive the electronic receipt and the voucher containing all the information for the booked tour.

No, for voluntary cancellation it is not possible to request a refund.
Yes, in the event of an unexpected event it is possible to request a date change subject to availability but in the event of a negative outcome a refund cannot be requested. However, we will try to rebook you on another tour if available.
If the service is canceled by the manager due to a technical fault or adverse weather and sea conditions, the customer will be fully refunded the amount paid.
The refund is issued promptly through the online transaction manager and the amount paid is credited back to the credit card used with immediate effect up to a maximum of 5 days based on the banking efficiency of the credit institution that issued the card.
